That is correct. We will take an immeasurable amount of grief from others, but we went with the assumption that folks only have a single copy of BV and Yanks and have supplied counters as necessary to make sure you can play all the scenarios. There are a few new counters in the pack with the M29 Weasel and a new German and US engineer type.

I believe we called them non-combat engineers, with significantly less FP than your typical German 8-3-8 or US 7-4-7 squad types.
