Operation Cobra 2 and Beyond the Beachhead 1 : compatible ?

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing Operation Cobra 2 (2022 edition).
Bounding Fire site says : "Ownership of BFP's Beyond the Beachhead 2 and the following MMP ASL products are required to play all 12 of the included scenarios..."
I have Beyond the Beachhead 1st edition : will that allow me to play Operation Cobra 2 nevertheless or is BtB 2 mandatory?

Looking at the Operational Cobra 2 scenario cards, you'll need BFP boards C, D, and E and overlay BFP-6a. They appear to be the only other BFP items you need to play the scenarios.
