A colleague from work knew I had some resources for this kind of thing.

Anyone know anything more?

I was wondering if there is a restored 4 engine Coranado on display or touring that I could take my father to see.

My dad is a WWll Navy vet. He served on 4 different Seaplane Tenders; the Curtiss, Kenneth Whiting, Pine Island and Norton Sound.
He was the aft crane operator that lifted those bigens from the water to the service deck and hanger.
I have taken him to see the twin engine Catalina's but I am unaware of any 4 engine Coranados.

Any information would be appreciated

So where'd you find one Pete?

My first thought would be to try the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson - they seemed to have almost every incarnation of plane involved in WWII there...
