Hi,

All the night rules are a bit of a headache which I guess is why a lot of people don't play night scenario's.

In the section on NO MOVE ( E 1.21) it says:

" Each onboard unit (defender) may attempt to move /advance only if it has seen a KEU or been attacked by other than OBA , Sniper."

It doesn't say anything about shooting :devious: So I was wondering can a NO MOVE counter that is within NVR of a concealed enemy unit shoot at it ??

Also can NO MOVE units fire starshells?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, as you write yourself, the restriction is on move/advance, and firing is not considered move/advance, so it can shoot.

Yes, for the same reason.

Note that it can also rout. The only thing it cannot do, is exactly as the rule says: "move/advance".
