Night and Cloaking

Playing a night scenario w/ a base NVR of 9 (GS).

My opponent entered from off board loaded in a half track. My question is:

Are just the Infantry (and SW) cloaked or are both the half track and the Infantry cloaked?

1.41 CONTENTS: The Scenario Attacker's Infantry (only) always starts the scenario in the form of Cloaking counters

Note that PRC are not Infantry as per index:

Infantry (all SMC & MMC counters on foot; i.e., not mounted as Cavalry or PRC)

Therefore neither the halftrack nor any passengers are cloaked.

As a bonus answer, because it is a vehicle, the halftrack is treated as being within NVR at a rance of 2 x the actual NVR as long as it is non-stopped/in motion and/or changing CA, i.e. at a range of 18 hexes in your case [E1.14].
