If you can obtain permission from MMP for the images to be shared, I would be happy to post them. How about you upload whatever file(s) is necessary for the rest of the VASL community to use.?
Just asking for a friend.
There is no template in the program. I don't know what version you used but I checked.Hi all,
Any word on why my and others' VASL-Templates images are no longer rendering in VASL? The only change I've made was to change the VASL background color to an off-white; I've since reverted back with no luck. Even reinstalling and reverting back to earlier versions and combinations of VASSAL and VASL has not corrected the problem. Even the images on my VASL opponent's screen are lost. Now using the latest VASL and VASSAL versions: 6.6.6B5 and 3.6.14.
Here's an example of what we now see on VASL.
VASL-Templates always worked well for me. Now? Nope. Ideas? Thanks and cheers.
Post them via e mail not on here . sheesss...If you can obtain permission from MMP for the images to be shared, I would be happy to post them.
I am currently having the same issue. The images were present last week and now they are not. I have not changed anything...thoughts? TIAHi all,

Hi Oberst,There is no template in the program. I don't know what version you used but I checked.
Support is normally done at code.pacman-ghost.com, but since the hosting company has completely and utterly screwed the pooch, I'll answer this here.A number of the vast-templates snippets are no longer rendering correctly with VASSAL 3.7.1.
The new VASL version 6.6.7 to be released soon in November is supposed to be used with VASSAL v3.7.x, though.VASL is not supposed to be used with VASSAL 3.7.1 yet. Downgrade to a previous version and everything should work fine.
For anyone to look into that, we'd need a proper bug report. How do we reproduce the problem? It looks like VASSAL 3.7.0+ no longer renders HTML correctly if there is an <img> tag.
If you're going to use 3.6, please use 3.6.19, the final 3.6 release. It has three months of additional bug fixes over 3.6.14.There is no work-around, you'll have to rollback to 3.6.14.
There's nothing I can do about this one, it has to be fixed in VASSAL.I reckon, that @Pacman Ghost will likely attempt to address this issue in an adapted version of his tool.
I'll open a ticket when I get some time. For anyone to look into that, we'd need a proper bug report. How do we reproduce the problem?
How do you know the problem doesn't exist in 3.6.15? Only certain combinations of VASSAL + VASL are supported by vasl-templates. Other combinations might work, but they might not.If you're going to use 3.6, please use 3.6.19
I don't, but the first question I will ask of anyone using anything earlier than 3.6.19 is to try 3.6.19.How do you know the problem doesn't exist in 3.6.15?
