Yes could easily be an M2 or M2A1E2 or some other variation. Like you said, given only the front view is visible in the OP, it does seem it has the general attributes found in the M2 series tank.

Thats a t50?

I think there is one BFP scenario on COS that has a photograph of a dug in one.
And cudos to you..you are correct it is a T-50, 69 were made in 1941. It showed a lot of promise and was a good design ,but they never followed thru.
