This is the first time I can remember seeing a journal’s scenarios arranged chronologically.

We've been mostly doing this for a while.
J11, excluding the historical scenarios, had them chronologically.
J12 had them chronologically except for the corrected reprint of Gavin Take and the update of The T-Patchers.

If it follows their standard practice, it should be some time after all of the current run of J13 has been printed and most current orders shipped.
