Hello MMP,

I have a query regarding a napalm ATT attack vs the CA of a pillbox.

Chpt. B30.113 states that Aerial attacks add the NCA TEM of the pillbox to the resolution of their attack.

Chpt. G17.41 states that a HIT by napalm is treated as an attack by a 24FP flamethrower except as stated otherwise. It then goes on to list how a napalm attack differs from a normal FT attack.

Since the Chpt. G rule is later on in the rulebook does it override the Chpt. B rule? Normally a FT attacking a pillbox through the CA would not add the TEM to the resolution. And the Chpt. G rule states that napalm is resolved as a FT attack. But the earlier Chpt. B rule states that Aerial attacks add the NCA TEM of the pillbox.

So the question is does an ATT attack with napalm vs the CA of a pillbox add the NCA TEM to the effects DR?

Answer by Perry - Yes it does.
