The Dicebotanical.
A bizarre being whose acolytes believe he can be summoned by the burning of certain herbs. Once these herbs have been offered up to him and he appears the effects on the acolytes are profound and unpredictable. Some fall into a stupor. Others stare at the game board intently while time appears frozen. A few of the heartiest and most dedicated of his followers find they are imbued with incredible stamina and will play until exhausted. Only to revive themselves with the copious consumption of the magic elixir Javeine and further burnt offerings to their master.
Oddly the Dicebotanical's effect on dice is a subject sorely lacking in data and research. Professor Talo has started a study but his team is divided on the use of precision dice.
