As @Michael R has pointed out, this forum is a great repository and treasure trove of rules questions. Indeed, using it via the Google search is sound advice. The search query (in google) would go like this:

site:gamesquad.com AAR "Fighting Withdrawal"

I.e. you can search the site for (a number of) single words, expressions in "quotation marks" or a combination thereof.
