One song keeps popping to the top of my list: Moby's JLTF:

It has an absolutely wonderful dreamlike quality. It also is tinged with more than a bit of sadness, which adds some emotional power to the song. It many ways, it reminds me of Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb.

I like how they changed it up a little with the prominent use of a piano (synth) and a viola.
