Multiplayer hidden counters

Hi All, we are playing a Red Barricades scenario, 3 people on each team, our problem is that if one of the guys marks a unit as concealed someone else on the same side cannot view them, any suggestions ? same Vasl version as well.

It's all about the passwords. If all three of you on one side use the same password you will be able to see under each other's ? counters and see HIPsters. Been there done that. You don't have to have the same username just the same passwords.
