Good Scenes

At the end of 'The Sands Of The Kalihari'. The hardcore hunter/ outdoorsman declines rescue and decides to stay in the desert. The movie ends with him fighting off a band of baboons, one by one. You see, the baboons, he was occupyin' their territory. So he had to fight them. The most dominant ones attacking first.
In the movie, 'Naked Prey', the protagonist grabs a snake as its slithering by, and eats it raw, on the spot. He was hungry.

Good choice. How about "Bullet" with Steve McQueen?

TRIVIA: The characters played by "The Duke" in 'The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" and "Donovan's Reef" have the same name. I think this was some kind of inside joke between Wayne and director John Ford. What is the name?

Newman is great in "Cool Hand Luke", but George Kennedy steals the movie and Strother Martin is in classic form too.

I believe that Kennedy won an award for his part.

Best Car Movie. Best Outlaw Biker Movie. Best Post-Apocalyptic Gloom and Doom Movie. Mad Max.
Car movie-Smokey and the Bandit.

Outlaw biker movie. Cant think of any Ive seen in recent memory.
Gary Busey did a B one in the early 90's called "Chrome soldiers" that I kind of liked.

Post-drop the bomb-Warlords of the 20th century. VERY low budget film.

Favourite western-El Dorado with John Wayne (look for a VERY young James Caan playing his sidekick.

"Gangstah" films? Hate 'em. I do like Scarface but I dont put it in the same catagory with stuff that seems to be a vehicle for has-been rappers who ran out of words that rhyme with 9,be-yatch,crack and hoe.

Favourite horror film-Who remembers "Ghost story"?
