At the end of 'The Sands Of The Kalihari'. The hardcore hunter/ outdoorsman declines rescue and decides to stay in the desert. The movie ends with him fighting off a band of baboons, one by one. You see, the baboons, he was occupyin' their territory. So he had to fight them. The most dominant ones attacking first.
In the movie, 'Naked Prey', the protagonist grabs a snake as its slithering by, and eats it raw, on the spot. He was hungry.

Newman is great in "Cool Hand Luke", but George Kennedy steals the movie and Strother Martin is in classic form too.Originally posted by last_cav1971

Scarface, Heat, The Godfather trilogy, Boyz 'n the Hood, Escape from Alcatraz (with Eastwood), the series on HBO called Oz and one of my favorites........."Cool Hand Luke". Stellar performance by Newman.
