Me too...I think it's you Canadians that are causing the problems...

Now, I have a tough time posting some of my posts...and I had to retype all over again to get that post on threads...

I get a kick out of seeing the resplendent national flags of all countries, after all they flew over many battlefields so why not here?
"..the neighing steed, and the shrill trump,
The spirit-stirring drum, the ear-piercing fife,
The royal banner, and all quality,
Pride, pomp and circumstance of glorious war!" (Othello)

That was part of it. It was eating up all our bandwidth and this forum uses a huge amount of resources. The images are still there, but you have to click on them. We are also going to put a cap on the size of the attachments that members can upload. These huge attachment files take up a lot of space and consume a ton of bandwidth too. Fortunately, the vast majority of uploads are fairly small so it won't really have much effect for most members. The scenario and map archive will still be able to handle attachments up to 1 meg, which is fairly large.

On a related note, here are the latest flags as requested:

Norway
Sweden
Mexico
Japan
Iceland

As before, these are national flags.
