If I modify the toolbar does it create a file that I can send to someone else to help them out? They are not tech savvy to do it themselves.

I would think that an extension would do it. Certainly, some extentions I have modified the toolbar.

Thanks for pointing out the old threads.
When I set up a new laptop a couple of weeks ago I was wondering about this very issue but was too lazy to figure it out. In one of the threads, I now found a file of my own modified configuration that I uploaded as an example some years ago.
