Do MG firing as ordnance get target case L (point blank) ? I should know this but don't tonight.

Yes. Only LATW using their own TH Table don't get case L.

One of the little known facts about a MG TK is that unlike other weapons, a boxcar is a critical hit. I'm sure the rule is in here somewhere, but I'm sure you'll trust me on this one.
