MF/PP chart playing aid chart...

I used to have a chart that showed MF/PP but can't seem to find it...is there a chart somewhere I can download? I need to send it to a buddy. Thanks. It's not in Rich Spilky's set of charts/playing aids

Thank you! no wonder i couldn't find it...I don't ever use that divider, well RARELY that is because I knew I had seen that table somewhere in my ASL "stuff". Thank you!
