German at start infantry have to take a NTC or be pinned. Dummy stacks take it with a morale of 7. You start with six extra concealment counters. Normally I'd swap them for big counters but if they have to take the check and your real vehicles don't it seems fairly pointless. Or is it only infantry dummies that have to take the check?

A dummy unit has to take a TC regardless of the size of the Dummy counters, however there is a clarrification to this scenario that states you do not have to point out which stacks are taking the TC as long as it is noted somehow (thereby eliminating a free recon somewhat). It may be a little PITA to write down all the hexes containing units then roll for each one prior to the start of the game or just trust your opponent to roll for each stack without pointing out what one he's rolling for, but the scenario is worth it.
