Media system now active

The new media and gallery system is now operational. You can now share images, screenshots, videos, and even podcasts. You can also organize your files into albums and leave comments on files posted by other members.

I especially like that you can post videos and audio files with it. I would love to see someone start doing a game podcast of some sort. Cool to listen to in the background while you're doing other things.
