The Victory conditions read: The Germans win at game end if they control more multi-hex buildings in hexes greater than and equal to 4 on board 76 than the French.

So I'm assuming that buildings D4-E5 and J4-J5 and V4-V5 don't count for the victory conditions?

Any thoughts?

Never mind. They do count. Never set up a scenario with only two hours of sleep.
