Mapboard Download Problems

I am trying to get VASL up and running. I was able to download several boards from the VASL MAP Bazaar site but the last few times I have tried I have received a 404 Resource unavailable error for all of the maps. Is the site down or am I doing something wrong? Is there another site to download VASL maps? Please let me know.
