I need to get a copy of this and give it to my father-in-law. He is from Prince Edward Island and is very proud of his Scottish heritage. I am a bit too, my grandfather was born in Scotland, immigrated to Saskatoon as a toddler, then to The LBC in the 20s.

Received MC yesterday and spent the evening going through it.
Fantastic product filling in some of the material left out of HP.
Two maps were especially interesting to me as they filled a major gap (my opinion) in the maps available for ASL.
Map S: Village in heavy woods was inspirational in that I can already see designs in my thought where it could be used.
Map U: Long needed, a map of just forest with a major lack of man-made objects. Besides Finland, both of these maps could well be used in the forest that bordered France and Germany and into the foothills of the Balkan states.

For the last year, I've been listening to the History of the Second World War Podcast. Coincidentally, this week, I got to the episodes about the Winter War, which were released in '23. The anti-tank boulders are mentioned. I'm looking forward to MC even more now that I have better context.

Another outstanding BFP product! My only concern is that the cover of the rules booklet seems rather flimsy. I would have preferred that it had been produced with a sturdier type of paper, such as that used in the covers of the Journals. I'll have to take care to avoid tearing it during my game play and study times.

BTW, I'm enjoying the sections regarding the new aircraft types used by the Finnish Air Force. As an aviation enthusiast/modeler, I really appreciate BFP's extra efforts in continuing to include realistic and specific aircraft types in their products.

Well that has to be very gratifying to all who worked on it.

I was pretty geeked getting COI and seeing board 5. Simple times. Simple pleasures.

Play the eff outta that board and do some DYOs with it.

Sigh. Loved me some DYO. For us it was SL/ASL just being fun.

I was very happy with how we have started to restructure these. The layout is sort of like a Chapter H for the aircraft. Easy to visually see and understand, and great reference for designs looking to add air support. Note the entire Russian one is already completely done standing by for East Front
