This is how maps are delivered now. Once a bd file is available, it will just show up in the boardpicker list. Click on it and it will come to you.

They will as well be automatically stored in the specified "boards" directory I assume?

With all the bright people in the ASL community, you’d think that someone by now would have adapted those home laser level devices for use at LOS checks.

I’ve seen a hand held laser used for LOS. Certainly handy, but the downside on the one I saw was the beam it cast was too thick to be reliable on those tricky thread-the-needle shots.

Plus you've really got to watch the "oops" factor, when moving the laser away from the mapboard.
(Blinding your opponent is a major "NO-NO").

I have made the same observations when seeing others use such a device for the purpose.
