Today I spoke with Don 2 on the phone. He plays on Vassal with an old friend from Maine. His opponent is very experienced and taught him a new rule. If a vehicle enters your hex in bypass, all enemy units in the hex lose their concealment. Would this also happen to HIP units. Don 2 speculated that this might derive from the concealment table. What is the source of this rule? Tim

The vehicle has to end its MPh there and is vulnerable to Street Fighting. This method works, but it can have serious downsides.
