LOS on board 25

Have played a couple of scenarios using board 25.

Does a unit in BB9 have a LOS into Z10? The artwork seems to imply this.



What about board 24: Looking at the EX in page B19, Does a unit in D10 have a LOS to D7, D6 etc? According to Tips From the Trenches Journal 11, it does have a LOS into D8.


Rule A6.3 Depressions. The rule only discuss LOS between units at or above ground level. What about if there is a unit in E6 and another in E7 which is IN the depression. Is there a LOS? A unit in E6 is below ground level (assuming E7 is looked upon as the ground level).

For the second question about E6 and E7 LOS I think the relevant part of A6.3 is:

A6.3 .....A unit must be at least one level higher for every hex of range to units IN a Depression to have a LOS to them.

So as I see it there is no los between a unit in E6 and one IN E7.

There is a shred of higher ground between the center dots of E6 and E7, so there is no LOS indeed.

I agree with LOS from BB9 to Z10 and all other hexes in this same hexline… it´s a kind of crest line..
