Wanted Looking for images of unpunched PB counter trees

I've tried ebay and boardgamegeek as well as some of the other PB-specific websites and can't find images of unpunched counter trees. Can anyone help? I have images of one or two of the trees but would like to see the layout of all of them for PanzerBlitz.
