Longitude and Latitude Woes

Maybe I am drunk off of Dr. Pepper, but I am having a difficult time entering Longitude and Latitude coordinates for a scenario I am designing. What would be the best way to enter these coordinates to reflect them in the game? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Asmera: Latitude: 15.20N; Longitude: 38.58E
Massawa: Latitude: 15.35N; Longitude: 39.25E

Enter it like this format:

xxx xx xx
xxx xx xx

In other words:

015 20 00
038 58 00

015 35 00
039 25 00

You don't have to worry about entering E or W, as the program will compute that for you automatically if you enter the points correctly.
