login via "Name" -- user profile has no such item

My screen name does not work to login.
So I went looking for some other name in my profile, but cannot find anything where "name" is entered.

EDIT: I see that my screen name has been altered; it should have a comma instead of a blank space.

But still, my user profile should show it somewhere.

I don't think you can have special characters in a username.
