Could be a stream, but since it only crosses a single hexside it's just artwork. May not be what was intended but B20.1 pretty specifically addresses area like these (though those are among the largest "remnants" I've seen).

From B20.1, "13G4 and I6 are not stream hexes because the stream symbol crosses only one hexside therein. Non-stream remnants such as those in 22J0 and X10 do not block or impede Bypass movement of the J0-K1 hexside."

J2. Besides being the start of 'something'...which might be the problem...okay

How is it different than say KGP II Ch C16 (I cannot provide snaps I am not VASL savvy nor tech savvy) a something that drops a level?

Lg LL28?

Lg AA4 okay this has woods (and albeit connects to BB4), what then is BB4? Could this not be J2 or I5 sans woods and level?

[Disclaimer: For the record, since I have some association with LFT and even this product, I never proofed the maps.]

Good catch! Thought I believe the map designer intention was to draw a stream hex there.

If a stream, the important thing would be to issue an errata to clarify the issue indicating which other hexside would be touched by the stream depiction. It may have an impact on eligible crest positions.

This should not be too much of a handicap for the product.

It is not a problem. We all know what it is meant to be. Can LFT issue an official clarification on the lines of:

Despite the terms of B20.1 the hexes...are strea!m hexes.

To be fair, MMP have done this as well with some of their maps.

Yeah, this has happened before.

I played one of the scenarios with one the hexes. We decided to play it as a stream, because was pretty clear it was intended to be. We laughed, recalled the KGP maps, had more beer. Rolled more dice.
