Folks - a customer PM'd me here and let me know that the 15 min. move section of the TEC.PDF file did not contain a line for the "Ice" terrain type.
Just know that Ice costs the same as Clear terrain.
Not sure when I will correct this in the PDF files so for now go with this info.
Ice is only used in a few instances for the 1813 scenarios and of course for a lot of the Russo-Swedish War scenarios in Bautzen.
Will try and get around to adding in the lines in all of the PDFs eventually.
