I've downloaded this multiple times, but in my VASL counter tray, under the LCP tab, I only see the Russian and German tabs. Am I missing something? I've tried a fresh download on 6.6.10 (normally using 6.6.7) and same view.

I think that is the extent of the resource, looking at this thread. It was only to add certain units.
