Very interesting situiatiuon raised in our latest game. I'm pretty sure we played it right, but i think it is a little bit curious.

A motion AFV is fired on in the AFPh by enemy ATR from the Rear with no effect. Directly in front of the AFV were two hexes. One showed a building the other rubble. I moved my AFV in bypass of the building and while this moves doesn't effect the AFV in any way (from the rubble), does the same rubble prevent any shot from the ATR, because the ATR's LOS goes exactly along the hexspine of the rubbled hex to the CAFP. WE both agreed that the rubble is inherent terrain blocking LOS across its hexside too. It only is unfortune that the CAFP is defined to be in the rubble but the AFV isn't affected by the rubble.

Merry Christmas.
