Ready to start this beauty..
in KGS.7 there is a reference to extra MF/MF for Mud when crossing a road hexside but no mention to extra MF/MP pet deep snow.. is this an errata? I mean.. is the extra MF/MP per deep snow NA when crossing a road hexside?

And KGS.72 the QRC says only ATMines not reduced by one by deep snow, but E3.732 also add +1 DRM to minefield attack.. is this +1 DRM added to AT Mines resolution?

The extra is just NA in Mud. Just as the rule states.

The booklet rule is correct. Rule E3.732 is NA.
