Java14 Clash at Rossinie - Marsh or Brush

I am preparing the setup of the Java 14 Clash at Rossinie scenario.
I have a doubt about hexagon X25-X29 D26-J26 T1-T9 etc.
They are level -1 brush hexes or marshs at level 0 .

Hmmm, don’t have this scenario. Is this a question about a VASL board?

The dark green regions are Marsh as Level 0, AFAIK.

The hexes color is "dark green", but the image I see seems to be that "brush"
