I sent a Q&A
On that scenario, [J149 TAKING A STAND AT ROSARIO] set on December 1941 in the Philippines, the Americans have four M3 Lt from the 192nd Tank Battalion. On chapter H, note 2 for the M3 says that :
A large number of improvements were made to the M2A4 in early 1941, resulting in the M3 Light Tank. 5,811 were built. A small number were with the 1st Armored Division during the Torch landings and the subsequent fighting in Tunisia. In the PTO the 192nd and 194th Tank Battalions with a total of 108 M3 Lights (and no HE ammo)
There is no SSR about the HE ammo in that scenario....
Do those tanks have HE ammo?
No HE.
