ITR11 SSR interpretation help

SSR says the 336s and 6+1 may not leave the railroad station (identical to a factory) while good order (see below).

Can the 6+1 move from L7 to L6, which would involve moving around the black bar and outside the station? Similarly, 336 from M6 to N6?
