Is the thick black line that divides rubble from building on partially rubbled buildings part of the rubble or part of the building depiction?

For LOS along a hexside between building and rubble (assuming LOS is above the half level rubble) does the dividing black line block LOS if it is on both sides of the hexside? In other words is the building depiction on both sides of the hexside?

Thanks,

Seth

It's really neither. It's a way to try and define a more concrete boundary between the rubble and the building. The building is not on both sides of the hexside. Rubble is inherent in the hex it's in. The building is going to go at most up to the hexside, but technically won't go across. Any spillover on the part of either the rubble into the building hex, or building into the rubble hex is purely artistic in nature.

Thanks. I figured probably. But since the outline black line wonders across in some hexes and not in others there was the chance it was intentional for varying LOS. And you guys come up with interesting buildings so .................................
