ITR - Japanese MMC

Looking at the Armory file. There are 10 447 listed with IDs of A-J.
I have 4 of them with IDs of AA-DD. Is the Armory file incorrect or am I missing these 10 counters?

The scans I have for ITR2 counter sheets show 4 x 4-4-7 ID AA-DD. There are type 10 x 4-4-8s with IDs A-J with DCs for the unit type.
