IS BU TH penalty for ATT +1

Hi guys,

Several case DRMs do not apply to Area Target Type.
I thought Case L was one of them. It seems there's a dot next to the "I" making it look like an "L".

Can you confirm? Do we pay TH +1 for BU with ATT?

no rulebooks or charts handy to confirm. But that is how I have always played it.

Case "L" (Point Blank) doesn't apply to ATT.

But case "I" (Buttoned Up) does.

I thought I must be playing this wrong. It was much too easy when I fired at stone (many 6+3 shots) in OtO Where's the Beef. Great scenario BTW.
