Situation:
During the enemy MPh one of his tanks is Shocked and then subsequently Immobilized during the DFPh.
Usually, a Shocked AFV is not capable of anything but sitting there. Immobilization by a combat result, however, triggers an automatic TC to find out whether the AFV's crew will bail out.
Question:
We played that the crew must take the TC despite being Shocked and in case it bailed out, that the Shock status of the AFV would be discarded.
