A squad and a crew with an IFE gun, both staked and marked with Final Fire, have to make FPF to the berserk enemy unit entering their location. The crew has to fire the IFE of his gun, which is not allowed to form FG with other units. So, there has to be 2 separate attacks to the berserk, one from IFE and another from the squad. Is that right?

If the IFE gun is usable, then it must be fired (ie the crew can't use their inherent FP in a combined attack with the squad)-

8.31 FINAL PROTECTIVE FIRE (FPF): FPF is a Subsequent First Fire option available only to DEFENDING Infantry already marked with a Final Fire counter13 which wish to use their Small Arms [EXC: MOL]/MG/IFE to attack ADJACENT or same-hex moving ground units in the ATTACKER'S MPh. All usable MG/IFE possessed by that unit (up to the unit's normal operation capabilities; 7.35-.353) must be fired (even if not previously marked with a Final Fire counter) and are subject to Sustained Fire penalties...

Therefore you are correct and there will have to be two separate FPF attacks.

If playing a VotG scenario there is an exception however for the SdKfz 10/5 (SSR VotG18). These may participate in a multi-unit FG as if they were an armored ht. As for other IFE capable guns they are subject to the limitations of C2.29 and may not form multi-unit FGs.
