Thank You.Sorry for your loss, Michael. My condolences. Glad you are on the mend, mentally and physically.
Thank you Hutch. Thank you.Michael, this is a copy of a clipping I received in 1995 after my first wife passed. It has always given me support.

Thank you Brian.Let's hope time heals all. Your sorrow is a testament to your love.
More than ready to jump back into the playtesting Mike. I also have a proposed scenario for you to consider adding to Primosole Bridge.
ASL is a great escape...
My condolences to you.I envy those who still have their significant other, you are beyond lucky, me, not so much. My first Ex died in 2020, long after we split in 1998. I found out months later from her kids, and my 2nd Ex, who I split with in 2022 after 20 years together, as we both needed to move on, had a stroke last year and another minor one a few days ago and is back in the hospital with no timetable on when or if she will come home. Your health is everything, as I hope to stumble into one last woman before I'm gone in the next decade or 2. My hobby is amazing to me, my love life over time, not so much.
Mandatory ASL: I just put together a new PTO scenario for Dispatches, in Burma 1942, I'll be looking for Playtesters for it after Memorial Day. Roll Low, Vic.![]()
Trying my friend. I think getting back into ASL will help.Hi Mike. Look forward to seeing you at ASLOK in October. Take it day by day, my friend.
My poor mum has just had two strokes in the space of 13 months. Physically she is fine but it has scrambled her mind......and my 2nd Ex, who I split with in 2022 after 20 years together, as we both needed to move on, had a stroke last year and another minor one a few days ago and is back in the hospital with no timetable on when or if she will come home.
Mike, we can do a lot of "finishing up" testing at ASLOK 2025. ASLOK is always a "must go" for me. Keep me posted on updated rules, scenarios and any map changes, please. Be well and hang in there!Trying my friend. I think getting back into ASL will help.
Thank You Alan. This community has helped me greatly.Sorry for the loss of your wife, I hope you can keep on keeping on,
I've always found it to be therapeutic. ASL requires that level of focus... I really CAN'T think of other things while playing/scenario designing. It takes up pretty much my whole brain.Trying my friend. I think getting back into ASL will help.
Lets Playtest something. Yours or Mine.I've always found it to be therapeutic. ASL requires that level of focus... I really CAN'T think of other things while playing/scenario designing. It takes up pretty much my whole brain.
Thank You!Michael, I found this the other day. I tried sending it by conversations, but it wouldn't let me insert the picture.
Even though my 1st wife passed in 1995, this brought me some solace.
