Huts and BR:T

Are huts in play in BR:T? I read that PTO is not in effect in the Q&A section on MMP's website, but, in the BRT3 Ryan's Orphans SSR2 there are references to collapsed huts. Is there somewhere that says huts are in play that I'm missing?

IIRC, the original BRT had a rule stating that Huts were in effect. Not sure about the MMP version.

BRT huts

Huts are in play but I believe they are three or more dipictions in the hex. I don't have the rules here.
