How do you ???? Set up an overlay that spans two boards. (Solved)

Trying to set up scenario ASL 176 - the only way out
there are three overlays in this game two of which exist on both boards
specifying a hex in each as their global coordinates. I've tried every way I can think of but I cannot get them to appear as it keeps telling me it's an illegal coordinate

How do I set it up

An example is Wd4 is on 39S10, and 7S1

I can get the other overlay to go into its position without a problem, as it only exists on one board

Anyone out there know how to fix this one

Have you tried bd 39 s10 and s11?

No I haven't tried that

Because that would have been Fibbing
and I would never do anything like that
