Hi Mike, I agree w/ you here. Does it also follow that any unarmored vehicle (unarmored dozer, landing craft or truck) will not cause a Hindrance unless it is a Wreck? And that an unarmored vehicle provides no +1 TEM to Infantry in its Location unless it is a Wreck?

Correct, D9.4. Correct, D9.3.

Now it'll be neccessary to conjure up a way for the VASL LOS-thingie to determine the Flip-state of star-armored Vehicles.

Just some additional thought. All from ASLRB2. The "/" in D9.4 = "and/or" per last page of Index. Wrecks are created IAW D10.1 (wreck depiction on reverse side of counter). D10.3 states wrecks afford cover per D9.3 and LOS hindrance per D9.4.
