Do I lose HIP if I change the TCA of a HiP by SSR tank?

Assuming enemy in LOS, yes, under case "C" and its clause "engages in any other action."

In LOS of enemy units or out of LOS? In LOS changing TCA is a concealment loss activity. Out of LOS it is the responsibility of the SSR to define it since HIP-ing a vehicle is not covered in the standard rules. That said, the trend for the standard rules is that any action by the HIP unit causes it to be placed on board concealed.
