Due to my computer deciding it needed a new motherboard and hard drive, I have to reinstall EF2 and WF gold again.
Now my problem is the top tool bar is missing when I start a scenario. I know the answer is quite simple as Jason helped me before but like any old dude....I've forgotten how to do it! :-(
Any advice would be most helpful.
Cheers,
Bob

Is this the "needing to run the game in 16 bit mode" problem?

Hi Rick!
I'm afraid Combat Mission has me hook, line and sinker these days. I now use WF and EF to convert scenario's into CMBB or CMAK ones.
Only one game of Talonsoft ongoing these days and that's against a guy from the Blitz. We are playing Jason's mega Sealion scenario (been playing it well over a year now!). Having my butt handed to me by the German force. Churchill has already sailed for Canada along with the Royal family. His last words leaving Britain was, " if you see that idiot, shoot him!" :-(

Hope your keeping well mate!

Hi Jason!
Glad to see your still here ;-)
Been playing your Sealion scenario. Totally screwed myself by blowing one too many bridges (you did warn about that!). Now what's left of my British force is about to flee to Wales as the Southeast of England is in German hands :-(
Very enjoyable battle, well done mate!

I had to open that scenario having seen it mentioned. What a monster!! Played the first couple of turns as German, and it looks very interesting.

Thanks Bob! Too kind, too kind.

You'll have to give it another whirl, or I would recommend giving my "Rommel in England" (Eastbourne.scn) scenario a try.

Hope you're well!!
Take care and good luck

Tis much better against a human opponent, I'd recommend finding one indeed!

Hope you're well
