I tried all the links below, and they seem to be working.
Anyways, from the author (the author is Rodney Kinney):
Last update had an annoying problem where you couldn't create a new file when starting a logfile.
Recent synchronization problems have been fixed with a server upgrade.
A longstanding problem with logfiles has also been fixed. In brief, stacks would lose counters if you added new counters to a moving stack while reading a logfile. VASL is now more intelligent when it comes to players manipulating counters while reading a logfile.
These fixes are all in the latest VASSAL engine, version 1.1.14. If you're already running VASL 4.0.10, you only need to get
http://www.vasl.org/vassal/update/VASSAL_1_1_14.zip. If you're running an earlier version of VASL, you need
http://www.vasl.org/VASL4/VASL4.zip. If you don't have VASL at all, the installer at
http://www.vasl.org/VASL4/install_VASL.exe has the latest.
Enjoy!
